Hi everyone!

This post has since been updated as a)it’s one of my favorite seasons to decorate for and b) it was my first ever blog post on the site! Can you believe that?!

I love making sure my posts stay updated because I am always finding new decor every year, and this look can be replicated year after year.

Fall is easily one of the most exciting seasons to change into. It’s a change into warm layers, hot cocoa, golden fall foliage, pumpkins, spicy scented candles, and cranking up the fireplace again! I think I look forward to it most because it is a season that brings friends and family together and is the prequel to Christmas.

I love entertaining guests and I love to welcome friends and family with a welcoming ambiance. Candles add so much life into a scene which is why if you ever come over you’ll learn I’m a huge candle snob. Every tablescape I create is loaded with candles. I linked several of my favorite real wax ones, as well as, some battery operated ones that look realistic! These are great for entertaining because with a quick press of a remote they’re clicked on and flickering! I also incorporated some of my favorite mercury glass votives.

This look is mainly comprised of real pumpkins which I picked up from a local nursery. I love the fairytale blue hues and white ones. I also added a few real mini orange ones which I actually found at the grocery store! I filled in some of the extra space with faux pumpkins of various shapes, sizes, and colors. The faux greenery adds earth tones and completes the scene making it feel as though this whole collection is fresh from the Fall harvest!

The galvanized cake stands give the table depth with different levels. Each has an assortment of pumpkins, greenery, and fall foliage. Between different heights of candles and pumpkins it’s truly a beautiful blend of Fall over here and catches your eye.

The dishes are from Bed Bath and Beyond and are the perfect touch of elegance without being too fancy for this Farm Harvest vibe. I also love using anything Mackenzie Childs (my absolute favorite). I love the black courtly check collection for this look. My Lenox dishes are clean and simple with pearl beading on the edges. My crystal glassware is a family heirloom and was passed down to us from Kirk’s grandmother, but I linked some similar here if you wanted to start your own collection!

This is such a cozy and earthy look with just a touch of glam. When I envision Fall this is exactly what I see. I hope you are inspired and as excited to decorate for Fall as I am!

XOXO
